Hw: R.J.1.4 TKAM

Chapter 4

    Today's class started with Ms. Nakada lecturing the class, about how to behave to our fellow classmates. Two people had to step outside, and then everyone came back in the room, when it was time to take out our reading journals. Everyone was reading their summaries from To Kill A Mockingbird, to their elbow partners. Ms.Nakada told everyone to get their summaries done for our grade, since there is going to be a strike. We take out our English notebooks, and write new information from To Kill A Mockingbird. Ms. Nakada writes the quote, "Inside the house lived a malevolent phantom." Then we talked about Scouts first day, and how she beat up Walter. Jem invited him over for supper, and Walter poured syrup all over his food. Calpurnia talks to Scout and told her to let him do what he wants as a guest, after she judges him for it. We also talked about letting the Ewells hunt whenever they want, because the Ewells need food to eat.

  Then, we took out iPads and some students took the star test, that didn't yesterday. It's 12:37 and the bell rang for lunch.
