I.O. & B.A.
HW-RJ 10.1 20-30 min. of a book

We started the day by correcting Leo's blog. Then, Ms. Nakada told us to take out our Reading Journals and had us write the quote: "Experience is not what happens to you; it's what you do with what happens to you" by Aldous Huxley. I think it means when something happens, make it how you
want to. Question: Is it offensive for sports teams to use Native Americans as mascots? My thoughts are that is offensive because their using Native Americans as mascots and some sports teams have horribly drawn pictures of Native American people. Ms. Nakada said, "We should have the Los Angeles Slaves" jokingly, and it was funny. Song: "Refugee" By Skip Marley (Bob Marley's grandson). My favorite line is "We gonna love you're people" and I think the song is about a family who had to run because a war and are inviting others. A refugee is someone who is forced to leave there homes. Today, all the seats got moved, and I have NO FRIENDS NEAR ME and I'm sad. We worked on Inktober, and the prompt was weak/mysterious, and I forgot my reading journal. HAPPY LATE BIRTHDAY ELI!!!! Zamari wanted to be in the blog, so yea. Kiwi also wanted to be in the blog, so yea. The next blog I CHOOSE YOU!!! TARIQ P.!
Why you Bully me?!?! Anyways, the bell rang and dipped to lunch by sam sam the sammy sam man.
